This story...clearly depicts the emotional turmoil of watching a loved one move through Alzheimer’s. Lynda captures the struggles and process impeccably...The combination of sweet memories, adjustments in life and complex family stories are threaded through the book in a way that creates a sense of ease and flow for the reader. I found myself witnessing and learning so much as I read each page. Beautiful written and a must read for anyone who has a loved one who is struggling with cognitive changes.
Lynda has done a fantastic job of creating a very thorough and comprehensive manual for women riders of all skill levels, or even those who are just curious about what motorcycling is all about…I recommend it to anyone who is considering riding for the first time or who has 20 years of experience under their belts and is looking to broaden their scope within the world of motorcycling in any way!
A wonderful book…truly two stories in one. Not only does Lynda capture the excitement, adventure, drama, agony and ecstasy of our particular sport, she candidly addresses the fears and concerns faced by millions of middle-aged women who are "navigating a relationship" while perhaps still carrying cargo from the past.

The Winner's Mind contains exercises that helped me strengthen my weakest muscle, my mind. She skillfully teaches the skills in real life scenarios then lists life changing exercises to help you work toward your goal. These exercises are not easy. As with any quality training manual, they start relatively easy and progressively increase in volume and intensity. If you are looking for that extra edge on your competition or to get back to the core of why you love your sport, this book is for you!

A well written fascinating story. You hear of people overcoming debilitating disease. In this book you learn the personal details not seen in the romanticized version. Enduring the jeers of peers who should be friends. Succeeding despite the pain where others might give up. Striving for an extraordinary life where others might be satisfied merely to survive.
